We are based in Worcestershire and can provide our cars for weddings in Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, and the West Midlands areas.
Yes. All the cars carry a large white umbrella, just in case!
Yes, and are all fully weatherproof. The Beauford’s always arrive at the collection address with the roof up. Lowering of the roof is arranged depending on weather conditions, distance of journey etc.
No. Our cars only attend one wedding, per car, per day. They are fully valeted for every wedding both inside and out, so you can be assured they are as pristine as possible.
Yes, we do. We are not an Agency or Broker and therefore, your booking is our entire responsibility and not subject to third party involvement. All our vehicles are covered by our specialist fleet wedding insurance.
Yes, definitely! We welcome viewings at our showroom in Stourport-On-Severn, where you can wander round, sit in our cars, and discuss your requirement.
Probably two. One vehicle for the mother of the bride, bridesmaids/pageboys and one for the bride and her escort. The main bridal car should be special to the bride (and later the bride and groom.) We do not generally recommend using the main bridal car for additional trips. Any problems en-route will cause stress to the bride who will be waiting for the car to return, as well as delaying proceedings.
Yes, if requested but not recommended. Each journey must not exceed 10 minutes each way. There is a small fee for this service. Keep in mind that any delays during the first journey will have a knock-on effect for the second trip.
Yes. All our vehicles are dressed with a traditional ‘V’ ribbon and custom-made bows to your colour choice. We have a vast selection of ribbons at our showroom for you to choose from.
No. Unfortunately, due to insurance and licensing restrictions set by UK Law we only provide transport for weddings.
